DESIGN REVIEW · 16 SEPTEMBER 2026
Make the policy
easier to buy.
The current homepage contains substantial product detail and links to evidence. The opportunity is to turn that material into a clear shopping journey: understand the product, choose an application, compare four levels, then review exactly what arrives.
Recommended starting point: Marketplace. Its visible pricing and compact product comparison best suit the four-level offer. The Studio direction gives the brand a stronger visual identity; Guided gives unfamiliar buyers a friendlier entry point. These are design judgements, not measured conversion results.
Three distinct directions

01 / Marketplace
Amazon-inspired shopping clarity: a strong store header, visible price ladder and compact offer cards. Built for buyers who know what they need.

02 / Guided
Holland & Barrett-inspired approachable merchandising: rich green, tactile artwork, rounded choices and supportive language. Built for buyers who need context.

03 / Studio
Apple-inspired product storytelling: a centred statement, large sculptural artwork and generous whitespace. Built to establish a premium first impression.
Open concept →What I would change
- Simplify the main navigation. The existing header mixes buying, audience pages, evidence and admin destinations. Keep policy selection, the four levels and what is included prominent; place operational links in the footer.
- Name the thing being bought immediately. Lead with “Agent Behaviour Policy”, followed by one short explanation. “Licence to operate” is a useful idea but needs context so buyers do not mistake the deliverable for regulatory permission.
- Use comparable product cards. Put price, delivery, scope and next action in the same place on every card. In these concepts the shorter names are editorial labels for the existing four offers.
- Explain before elaborating. The three-part infographic introduces capabilities, authorised actions and the gap. The detailed methodology remains available through existing source links.
- Keep evidence visible and focused. Link to public examples rather than inventing star ratings, testimonials, customer counts or certification badges.
- Preserve material disclosures. Move long explanations out of the first buying screen, while retaining direct links to the disclosures, evidence and responsibility pages.
Resolve before taking orders
- Starting price: the store lists £10 for the download pack; RiskMandate.ai says £5. These concepts use the store’s £10.
- Fulfilment timing: the £50 card says 1–2 days, while other homepage copy says the first two levels are produced immediately. These concepts retain the card’s 1–2 days.
- Sign-off: the homepage describes level three as correction work, but nearby copy describes both upper levels as professionally signed off. Confirm the contractual difference. These concepts explicitly reserve the stated professional review and two sessions for £1,500.
- Payment availability: the store says payment links have not been issued. All concept actions open offer details or source pages; no concept simulates a completed purchase.
Reusable generated artwork
Four original PNG assets, generated with the built-in image model. They illustrate digital documents and boundaries; they do not depict physical items included in an order. The infographic uses editable HTML labels alongside its image.
Artwork briefs
- Marketplace: premium isometric navy document folio, translucent orange permission layers, pale blue studio background.
- Guided: forest-green and ivory folios on stepped green plinths, tactile materials, soft daylight.
- Studio: hovering frosted-glass document layers with a cobalt core, minimal white studio.
- Infographic: three conceptual object groups: open layers, a bounded folio and an offset layer. No generated text or numerical claims.
